The sugar flowers were created to match the brides bouquet and the lilac ribbon used matches the ribbon used on the couples wedding invitations.-1 tier lemon sponge with zesty lemon syrup, layered with lemon buttercream and lemon curd.-1 tier moist carrot cake with hazlenuts layered with lemon buttercream.

Nude pink wedding cake

A nude pink wedding cake featuring cake lace, petal ruffles and sugar flowers. I made the sugar flowers to tie in with the brides bouquet with quicksand roses, blush lisianthus and greenery including eucalyptus. Here is the cake all set up at The Grange Hotel, Grange over sands. I received such a lovely email from the happy couple with some very kind words!

Wedding Cupcakes These cupcakes were for a wedding taking place at the Langdale Chase Hotel in the Lake District. Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream in ivory and pink. The design for the cupcakes was 'silver and pearls' topped with fondant butterflies. The giant cupcake has a white chocolate finger base.
