Pink Chanel Inspired Cake



I was asked by Cake Central Magazine to create a cake for their fashion issue based on this gorgeous Chanel couture gown. My cake is featured on a double page spread in the magazine. The magazine is available for download here.
I wanted the design of this cake to reflect the romantic feel of the inspiration dress, incorporating the delicate branches and beautiful flowers as well as representing the fabric and frills of the dress.

Blue and silver wedding cake

A gorgeous blue and silver colour scheme was chosen for Megan and Rob's wedding at Low Wood Bay Resort and Spa.  I loved the pretty pale blue and white sugar flowers combined with the silver leaf and silver geometric details on their cake.
