Pink Giant Cupcake  I made this giant cupcake for my friends birthday. It is vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and is topped with pink glittery buttercream roses and white fondant butterflies. The cupcake 'wrapper' was made using white chocolate fingers. I also made some 'Happy Birthday' mini cupcakes to go with it.

Christmas Tree Cupcakes

Candy Cane Chocolate Hearts  White chocolate sprinkled with white sugar and tiny silver balls. Milk chocolate sprinkled with white chocolate stars.  The idea for these candy cane hearts came from  Glorious Treats . To make them you place two candy canes next to each other on a silicone sheet, to form a heart. Then fill the heart with melted chocolate and top with the sprinkles of your choice.  

Cookies and Cream Cupcakes Vanilla cupcake topped with vanilla frosting mixed with crushed Oreos and topped with Oreo pieces. Here are all the cupcakes boxed and gift wrapped ready to give work colleagues as Christmas gifts.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cupcakes Chocolate cupcakes with a Nutella filling and strawberry frosting, topped with a chocolate covered strawberry. Lemon cupcakes with a white chocolate 'bubbles' decoration. The idea for the decorations came from  The Lone Baker . To make them you pour melted chocolate onto clean bubble wrap and leave to set. Once the chocolate has set remove it from the bubble wrap and you are left with the imprint of the bubbles on the chocolate!
