Here is my new project which is featured in the magazine. The cake was inspired by The Nutcracker Ballet 'Waltz of the snowflakes'. Inside the magazine you will find a full step by step tutorial for creating this cake.  The design features dancing ballerinas with snowflake tutus, falling snow and a tier of blue and white ruffled tutus.
