Sugar Ruffles

This cake was ordered as a birthday surprise for Tracey, by her Mum Linda, for her 50th birthday party. The cake featured piped pearls, sugar roses, calla lilies and hydrangea flowers.  I received some really lovely messages from Tracey and Linda after the party! "A massive great big thank you for my stunning birthday cake it took my breath away. Only problem is I now don't want to cut it ! Here are some of our recent wedding cakes. This wedding cake was delivered to Ambleside Parish Centre for the wedding of John and Emma.
