I have been featured in the latest issue of Cake Central Magazine.  I was asked by the editor of Cake Central Magazine to create a cake for their fashion issue based on a gorgeous Chanel couture gown. Here is the cake I created for Cake Central Magazine.  This was the inspiration board I was sent to work from. Cake Central Magazine asked me to create a grey and cream cake including elements from the photos above to showcase how a simpler design, with fewer embellishments, can still make a big statement.  The delicate sheen of the pearl encrusted top tier was created using lustre dust and silver shimmer was added to the grey flowers to give them a vintage fabric feel.  Photographs by Powder and Paint Photography

A 40th Birthday cake with pink flowers and butterflies.  C hocolate sponge layered with chocolate buttercream and dark chocolate ganache.   Cake pops for a 21st birthday party.  Vanilla cake truffles dipped in dark chocolate and white chocolate and topped with pink flowers with silver centres.
